How much does your service cost?.
There are varying levels of service and quite a lot of products so it is difficult to give an average price. The bespoke service obviously costs more than a standard product and costs will vary according to quantity ordered.

How does the Account System work?
An Account will be created for your organisation when you place your first order. Your account page will contain details of the products that you order from us. The information contained in the account will only be visible to your staff and to us. You will be able to nominate who has access privileges.
I've registered but I still can't access my offices' details!
The process of gaining access to account information is not automatic. To guard against unauthorised persons gaining access to account information we physically check all log in details before granting access to an account.
What we require isn't listed on your site can you source a special product for us?
Yes! we are constantly adding to our product range but if you have an immediate need for something special let us know.
Our evaluation copy of the software has stopped working can you explain?
The purpose of the evaluation software is to allow you to test the programme. Your use of the software is restricted to 30 printouts. After this the programme will cease to work and you will have to purchase a copy.
What is your bespoke service/
If you would like a specially designed certificate we offer a bespoke service. We will design a certificate or certificates to reflect the history & traditions of your local area. We provide full consultancy on the design and we can incorporate logos, coats of arms and local views into the certificate.
Can we order a bespoke design that isn't ours?
No you can't. Bespoke designs are only available to the organisations that commissioned them.
What are standard certificates?
Standard certificates are available to any one. They are available in the on-line shop in quantities as low as 1 copy. We can even personalise the certificate with the details of your occasion if required.
Set Price Customisation is also available for Standard certificates. For a set price we can over print a quantity of certificates with your logo or images

Set Price Customisation means that for a set price we can over print a quantity of certificates with your logo or images. This can be a cost effective way of having a unique certificate without the expense of having a bespoke design.
Are your certificates printed or done by hand?
The borders & the general design is printed. The personalised detail of the actual occasion is printed onto the certificate as when you require. To do this you can use a pen but by far the easiest method is to use Create-a-Certificate© software.
